- Mix coconut and jaggery together.
- Heat 5ml ghee, add coconut mixture, cook on low heat (70°C) for 5-7 mins, stirring, until mixture thickens and leaves sides of pan.
- Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves.
- Cool slightly.
- Shape into balls (walnut size) with oiled hands.
- Roll in sesame seeds.
- Dust with ghee if desired.
- Visual cue: balls firm, sesame-coated, coconut set.
- Store in airtight jar.
- Heat level: low.
