👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Jaggery Balls

  1. Mix coconut and jaggery together.
  2. Heat 5ml ghee, add coconut mixture, cook on low heat (70°C) for 5-7 mins, stirring, until mixture thickens and leaves sides of pan.
  3. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Shape into balls (walnut size) with oiled hands.
  6. Roll in sesame seeds.
  7. Dust with ghee if desired.
  8. Visual cue: balls firm, sesame-coated, coconut set.
  9. Store in airtight jar.
  10. Heat level: low.
