👩‍🍳 How to make Buckwheat Porridge

  1. Rinse buckwheat.
  2. Heat ghee in pot, add asafoetida, ginger (30 secs fragrant).
  3. Add buckwheat, toast 2 mins (medium heat).
  4. Add water, salt.
  5. Bring to boil (100°C), reduce to low (70°C), cover, cook 15-18 mins.
  6. Stir in jaggery.
  7. Visual cue: grains tender, porridge creamy.
  8. Serve hot with ghee on top.
