👩🍳 How to make Bean and Carrot Pulao
- Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, bay leaves (30 secs).
- Add onions (2 mins, light brown at 90°C).
- Add ginger, beans, carrots, peas, cook 2 mins.
- Add rice, salt, toast 1 min.
- Add water.
- Bring to boil (100°C), reduce to low (65°C), cover, cook 20 mins.
- Let rest 5 mins.
- Serve with yogurt on side.
- Visual cue: rice fluffy, vegetables tender.
- Heat level: low.
