👩‍🍳 How to make Vegetable Hakka Noodles

  1. Cook noodles, drain, set aside.
  2. Heat oil at 170°C. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 1 min.
  3. Add vegetables, stir-fry 4 mins. Vegetables should be tender-crisp.
  4. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper.
  5. Toss continuously for 2-3 mins until noodles are heated.
  6. Add sesame oil, peanuts, spring onions. Serve hot.
