👩🍳 How to make Vegetable Hakka Noodles
- Cook noodles, drain, set aside.
- Heat oil at 170°C. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry 4 mins. Vegetables should be tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper.
- Toss continuously for 2-3 mins until noodles are heated.
- Add sesame oil, peanuts, spring onions. Serve hot.
