👩‍🍳 How to make Vegetable Cutlet

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander.
  2. Add gram flour, salt, spice powders. Mix well.
  3. Divide into 8 portions. Shape into oval cutlets.
  4. Beat egg. Dip each cutlet in egg, then breadcrumbs. Press gently.
  5. Heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry 4-5 mins until golden.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
