👩🍳 How to make Vegetable Cutlet
- Mix mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander.
- Add gram flour, salt, spice powders. Mix well.
- Divide into 8 portions. Shape into oval cutlets.
- Beat egg. Dip each cutlet in egg, then breadcrumbs. Press gently.
- Heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry 4-5 mins until golden.
- Drain on paper towel.
