👩🍳 How to make Tomato Rice
- Rinse rice until water runs clear.
- Heat ghee at 160°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add sliced onions, cook 3 mins until golden.
- Add ginger, green chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft. Add spice powders.
- Add rinsed rice, sauté 2 mins. Add water, salt.
- Bring to boil, cover, reduce to low heat (120°C).
- Cook 12-15 mins. Rice should be tender.
- Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
