👩🍳 How to make Tomato Dhal with Spinach
- Rinse dal. Heat oil at 150°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, cook 1 min. Add onions, sauté 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft. Add turmeric, red chilli.
- Add rinsed dal, water, salt. Bring to boil, cover.
- Simmer 15 mins at low heat. Add spinach, cook 5 mins more.
- Dal should be creamy, spinach soft.
- Garnish with coriander.
