👩‍🍳 How to make Tomato Dhal with Spinach

  1. Rinse dal. Heat oil at 150°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
  2. Add green chillies, ginger, garlic, cook 1 min. Add onions, sauté 2 mins.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft. Add turmeric, red chilli.
  4. Add rinsed dal, water, salt. Bring to boil, cover.
  5. Simmer 15 mins at low heat. Add spinach, cook 5 mins more.
  6. Dal should be creamy, spinach soft.
  7. Garnish with coriander.
