👩🍳 How to make Thinai Porridge
- Rinse millet well. Toast at 120°C for 3 mins. Cool.
- Heat water at 100°C, add millet. Cook 8-10 mins until millet is 70% cooked.
- Add milk, bring to simmer. Add jaggery, stir well.
- Cook on low heat (120°C) for 5-6 mins until millet is fully cooked and soft.
- Add ghee, cardamom, dry fruits. Mix gently.
- Serve hot in bowl. Consistency should be creamy.
