- Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic, red chilli, turmeric, lemon, oil, salt.
- Marinate vegetables and paneer for 20 mins.
- Thread onto skewers. Grill in oven at 220°C for 15-18 mins, turning once.
- Or pan-grill in cast iron skillet 4-5 mins per side.
- Whisk yogurt. Add coriander, mint, ginger, green chillies, salt.
