👩‍🍳 How to make Tandoori Rotl

  1. Heat oil at 150°C. Add onions, sauté 2 mins. Add ginger, green chillies, cook 30 seconds.
  2. Add bell peppers, cook 1 min. Add paneer, turmeric, red chilli, salt. Mix well. Cool.
  3. Make dough from flour, water, salt, oil. Rest 15 mins.
  4. Divide into 4 portions. Roll into 6-inch rounds.
  5. Place 3 tbsp paneer filling in center. Seal edges, form ball.
  6. Roll gently to 7-inch round.
  7. Tawa at 190°C. Cook 2 mins per side with ghee.
