👩🍳 How to make Tandoori Chicken with Rice and Salad
- Make 4-5 cuts in each chicken piece. Marinade in yogurt, ginger-garlic, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, lemon, salt, oil for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Place chicken on greased tray.
- Bake for 25-30 mins until cooked through and charred at edges.
- Internal temp should be 75°C at thickest point.
- Heat oil at 150°C. Add mustard seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add dry red chillies, curry leaves, cook 20 seconds.
- Add peanuts, fry 30 seconds.
- Add cooked rice, turmeric, lemon juice, salt. Toss gently for 2 mins.
- Mix all vegetables. Add lemon juice, salt. Toss gently.
