👩‍🍳 How to make Spring Roll

  1. Mix flour, salt. Add water gradually to make smooth batter (pancake consistency).
  2. Strain through fine mesh.
  3. Crepe maker or nonstick pan at 180°C. Pour thin layer of batter.
  4. Cook 20 seconds, flip, cook 10 seconds. Remove to plate.
  5. Make 12 wrappers.
  6. Heat oil at 160°C. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 30 seconds.
  7. Add cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, spring onions, sauté 3 mins.
  8. Add soy sauce, salt. Cool completely.
  9. Place wrapper shiny side down. Add 2 tbsp filling in center.
  10. Fold edges in, roll tightly.
  11. Heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry 3-4 mins until golden.
  12. Drain on paper towel.
