👩🍳 How to make Spring Roll
- Mix flour, salt. Add water gradually to make smooth batter (pancake consistency).
- Strain through fine mesh.
- Crepe maker or nonstick pan at 180°C. Pour thin layer of batter.
- Cook 20 seconds, flip, cook 10 seconds. Remove to plate.
- Make 12 wrappers.
- Heat oil at 160°C. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 30 seconds.
- Add cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, spring onions, sauté 3 mins.
- Add soy sauce, salt. Cool completely.
- Place wrapper shiny side down. Add 2 tbsp filling in center.
- Fold edges in, roll tightly.
- Heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry 3-4 mins until golden.
- Drain on paper towel.
