👩🍳 How to make Spinach & Cottage Cheese Rolls
- Blanch spinach 2 mins, cool, chop finely.
- Heat oil at 150°C. Add onions, sauté 2 mins. Add ginger, green chillies, cook 30 seconds.
- Add spinach, paneer, turmeric, salt. Mix well. Cool.
- Make dough from flour, water, salt. Rest 15 mins.
- Divide into 4 portions. Roll into 7-inch rounds.
- Spread 3 tbsp filling on each roti, leaving 1-inch border.
- Roll tightly from one end.
- Tawa at 180°C. Place roll seam-side down, cook 2 mins.
- Flip, add ghee, cook 2 mins. Flip, add ghee, cook 1 min more.
