👩‍🍳 How to make Spinach & Cottage Cheese Rolls

  1. Blanch spinach 2 mins, cool, chop finely.
  2. Heat oil at 150°C. Add onions, sauté 2 mins. Add ginger, green chillies, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add spinach, paneer, turmeric, salt. Mix well. Cool.
  4. Make dough from flour, water, salt. Rest 15 mins.
  5. Divide into 4 portions. Roll into 7-inch rounds.
  6. Spread 3 tbsp filling on each roti, leaving 1-inch border.
  7. Roll tightly from one end.
  8. Tawa at 180°C. Place roll seam-side down, cook 2 mins.
  9. Flip, add ghee, cook 2 mins. Flip, add ghee, cook 1 min more.
