👩‍🍳 How to make Simple Chicken Curry

  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 1 min.
  3. Add chicken, sauté 4 mins until edges change colour.
  4. Add tomatoes, cook 3 mins until soft.
  5. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, cumin, cook 1 min.
  6. Add water, salt. Bring to boil.
  7. Simmer 12-15 mins at low heat until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander.
