  1. Deep fry bread squares in oil at 160°C until golden and crispy (1 min per side). Drain.
  2. Reduce milk by half on high heat (20-25 mins). Stir occasionally. Milk should thicken.
  3. Add condensed milk, khoya, cardamom. Stir well.
  4. Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk for 5 mins. Add to reduced milk.
  5. Add rose water. Cool to 60°C.
  6. Arrange fried bread in a dish. Pour reduced milk (rabri) over bread.
  7. Top with fried dry fruits, rose petals.
