👩🍳 How to make Shahi Tukra
- Deep fry bread squares in oil at 160°C until golden and crispy (1 min per side). Drain.
- Reduce milk by half on high heat (20-25 mins). Stir occasionally. Milk should thicken.
- Add condensed milk, khoya, cardamom. Stir well.
- Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk for 5 mins. Add to reduced milk.
- Add rose water. Cool to 60°C.
- Arrange fried bread in a dish. Pour reduced milk (rabri) over bread.
- Top with fried dry fruits, rose petals.
