👩‍🍳 How to make Shahi Tukra

  1. Deep fry bread squares at 160°C until golden and crispy. Drain.
  2. Reduce milk in heavy-bottom pot to 3/4 volume (20 mins at low heat).
  3. Add condensed milk, khoya, cardamom. Stir well.
  4. Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk, add to reduced milk.
  5. Add rose water. Cool to 60°C.
  6. Pour reduced milk (rabri) over bread.
  7. Top with dry fruits, silver foil.
