👩‍🍳 How to make Saag Paneer

  1. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 mins. Cool, blend to smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil at 160°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
  3. Add onions, sauté 3 mins. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 2 mins.
  4. Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
  5. Add red chilli, turmeric, cook 1 min.
  6. Add spinach paste, water, salt. Simmer 10 mins at low heat.
  7. Add butter, cream. Simmer 3 mins.
  8. Gently add paneer cubes. Cook 3 mins.
  9. Add garam masala. Serve hot.
