👩🍳 How to make Saag Paneer
- Blanch spinach in boiling water for 2 mins. Cool, blend to smooth paste.
- Heat oil at 160°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add onions, sauté 3 mins. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
- Add red chilli, turmeric, cook 1 min.
- Add spinach paste, water, salt. Simmer 10 mins at low heat.
- Add butter, cream. Simmer 3 mins.
- Gently add paneer cubes. Cook 3 mins.
- Add garam masala. Serve hot.
