👩‍🍳 How to make Peda

  1. Heat ghee at 140°C. Add khoya, cook 8 mins while stirring until light golden.
  2. Add condensed milk, cook 10-12 mins at low heat.
  3. Mixture should be thick and pull away from pan.
  4. Add cardamom, dry fruits.
  5. Cool to 50°C. Divide into 16 portions.
  6. Roll into round or oval balls, flatten slightly.
  7. Place silver foil on top if desired.
