👩🍳 How to make Peda
- Heat ghee at 140°C. Add khoya, cook 8 mins while stirring until light golden.
- Add condensed milk, cook 10-12 mins at low heat.
- Mixture should be thick and pull away from pan.
- Add cardamom, dry fruits.
- Cool to 50°C. Divide into 16 portions.
- Roll into round or oval balls, flatten slightly.
- Place silver foil on top if desired.
