👩‍🍳 How to make Payasam

  1. Heat ghee at 150°C. Add dry fruits, fry 1 min. Remove.
  2. In same ghee, add vermicelli, roast 2 mins until light golden.
  3. Heat milk and condensed milk to 80°C. Pour gradually into roasted vermicelli.
  4. Keep stirring. Cook 8-10 mins at low heat.
  5. Add jaggery, cardamom, fried fruits, saffron, salt.
  6. Cook 3 mins more.
  7. Vermicelli should be soft, gravy creamy.
  8. Serve warm.
