👩‍🍳 How to make Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic, red chilli, turmeric, lemon, salt, oil.
  2. Coat paneer. Marinate 30 mins.
  3. Thread onto skewers. Grill in oven at 220°C for 10 mins, turning once. Or pan-grill 4-5 mins.
  4. Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 4 mins.
  5. Add ginger, garlic, cook 2 mins.
  6. Add tomatoes, cook 6 mins until soft.
  7. Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
  8. Add water, salt. Simmer 5 mins.
  9. Blend sauce partially (keep some texture).
  10. Add grilled paneer, butter, cream. Simmer 5 mins.
  11. Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander.
