👩🍳 How to make Paneer Tikka Masala
- Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic, red chilli, turmeric, lemon, salt, oil.
- Coat paneer. Marinate 30 mins.
- Thread onto skewers. Grill in oven at 220°C for 10 mins, turning once. Or pan-grill 4-5 mins.
- Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 4 mins.
- Add ginger, garlic, cook 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes, cook 6 mins until soft.
- Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
- Add water, salt. Simmer 5 mins.
- Blend sauce partially (keep some texture).
- Add grilled paneer, butter, cream. Simmer 5 mins.
- Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander.
