• All-purpose flour: 200g
• Oil or ghee: 50g
• Salt: ½ tsp
• Carom seeds: ¼ tsp
• Water: 80ml
• Paneer (crumbled): 200g
• Onions (finely chopped): 80g
• Green chillies (minced): 2
• Ginger (minced): ½ tbsp
• Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
• Red chilli powder: ¼ tsp
• Turmeric: ¼ tsp
• Cumin powder: ¼ tsp
• Oil: 2 tbsp
• Salt: to taste
