👩🍳 How to make Paneer Dosa
- Grind urad dal to fine paste. Transfer to bowl.
- Grind rice with fenugreek to smooth paste. Mix with urad paste.
- Add salt, cover, ferment 8 hours to overnight.
- Heat oil at 150°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add onions, sauté 2 mins. Add green chillies, cook 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, cook 1 min. Add paneer, turmeric, salt. Mix well.
- Heat dosa tawa to 200°C. Pour ¼ cup batter, spread thinly.
- Cook 1.5 mins until bottom is set and light golden.
- Add 2 tbsp paneer filling in center.
- Add oil around edges. Fold in half or roll.
- Fry 1 min more until crispy. Remove.
