👩🍳 How to make Paneer Butter Masala
- Heat oil at 150°C. Add onions, sauté 5 mins until light golden.
- Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes, tomato paste, cook 8 mins until soft.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, cook 1 min.
- Add water, salt. Simmer 5 mins.
- Blend tomato mixture (partial blend - keep texture).
- Return to pot. Add butter, cook 2 mins.
- Add paneer cubes carefully. Simmer 5 mins at low heat (110°C).
- Stir in cream. Crush fenugreek leaves, add to gravy.
- Cook 2 mins. Garnish with coriander.
