👩‍🍳 How to make Paneer Butter Masala

  1. Heat oil at 150°C. Add onions, sauté 5 mins until light golden.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 2 mins.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, cook 8 mins until soft.
  4. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, cook 1 min.
  5. Add water, salt. Simmer 5 mins.
  6. Blend tomato mixture (partial blend - keep texture).
  7. Return to pot. Add butter, cook 2 mins.
  8. Add paneer cubes carefully. Simmer 5 mins at low heat (110°C).
  9. Stir in cream. Crush fenugreek leaves, add to gravy.
  10. Cook 2 mins. Garnish with coriander.
