👩🍳 How to make Paneer Bhurji
- Heat oil at 160°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add green chillies, ginger, cook 30 seconds.
- Add onions, sauté 4 mins until light golden and soft.
- Add tomatoes, cook 2 mins until softened. Add spice powders.
- Add crumbled paneer, mix gently. Cook 3-4 mins on low heat (130°C).
- Paneer should be heated through and slightly creamy. Garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with bread or rice.
