👩‍🍳 How to make Paneer Bhurji

  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
  2. Add green chillies, ginger, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add onions, sauté 4 mins until light golden and soft.
  4. Add tomatoes, cook 2 mins until softened. Add spice powders.
  5. Add crumbled paneer, mix gently. Cook 3-4 mins on low heat (130°C).
  6. Paneer should be heated through and slightly creamy. Garnish with coriander.
  7. Serve hot with bread or rice.
