👩🍳 How to make Onion Bhaji
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli.
- Add onions, cumin, coriander, green chillies, ginger. Mix well.
- Add water gradually to make thick batter. Let rest 5 mins.
- Heat oil to 170°C.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into oil. Deep fry 3-4 mins until golden.
- Fry in batches. Drain on paper towel.
