👩‍🍳 How to make Onion Bhaji

  1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli.
  2. Add onions, cumin, coriander, green chillies, ginger. Mix well.
  3. Add water gradually to make thick batter. Let rest 5 mins.
  4. Heat oil to 170°C.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into oil. Deep fry 3-4 mins until golden.
  6. Fry in batches. Drain on paper towel.
