👩‍🍳 How to make Multigrain Dosa

  1. Grind rice and urad dal to smooth paste (add water as needed).
  2. Mix bajra flour and jowar flour. Add rice-urad paste, salt. Mix well.
  3. Add water to make thin, pourable batter.
  4. Ferment overnight or for 8 hours until volume increases by 1.5x.
  5. Heat dosa tawa to 200°C. Pour ¼ cup batter, spread quickly.
  6. Fry 2 mins until bottom is golden. Add oil around edges.
  7. Fry 2 mins more until edges curl. Flip.
  8. Fry 1 min on other side until crispy. Remove.
