👩🍳 How to make Multigrain Dosa
- Grind rice and urad dal to smooth paste (add water as needed).
- Mix bajra flour and jowar flour. Add rice-urad paste, salt. Mix well.
- Add water to make thin, pourable batter.
- Ferment overnight or for 8 hours until volume increases by 1.5x.
- Heat dosa tawa to 200°C. Pour ¼ cup batter, spread quickly.
- Fry 2 mins until bottom is golden. Add oil around edges.
- Fry 2 mins more until edges curl. Flip.
- Fry 1 min on other side until crispy. Remove.
