👩🍳 How to make Moong Dal Soup with Vegetables
- Rinse dal. Heat oil at 150°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add green chillies, ginger, cook 30 seconds. Add onions, sauté 2 mins.
- Add vegetables, sauté 2 mins. Add rinsed dal, turmeric, salt, water.
- Bring to boil, cover, simmer 18 mins at low heat.
- Dal should be soft, vegetables tender.
- Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
