👩🍳 How to make Mirchi Bajji
- Make a slit lengthwise on each chilli. Remove seeds carefully (keep stem intact).
- Mix potato, onions, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt.
- Stuff each chilli with 1 tbsp potato mixture.
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, yogurt, salt, water into thick batter.
- Heat oil to 170°C.
- Dip stuffed chillies in batter to coat completely.
- Deep fry 3-4 mins until light golden. Fry in batches.
- Drain on paper towel.
