👩‍🍳 How to make Mirchi Bajji

  1. Make a slit lengthwise on each chilli. Remove seeds carefully (keep stem intact).
  2. Mix potato, onions, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt.
  3. Stuff each chilli with 1 tbsp potato mixture.
  4. Mix gram flour, rice flour, yogurt, salt, water into thick batter.
  5. Heat oil to 170°C.
  6. Dip stuffed chillies in batter to coat completely.
  7. Deep fry 3-4 mins until light golden. Fry in batches.
  8. Drain on paper towel.
