👩🍳 How to make Milk Vermicelli
- Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk for 5 mins.
- Heat ghee at 140°C. Add vermicelli, fry for 2-3 mins until light golden. Remove.
- In same ghee, add chopped dry fruits, fry for 1 min until golden. Remove.
- Heat milk and condensed milk to 80°C in pot.
- Add fried vermicelli to milk. Simmer for 5-6 mins at low heat (120°C), stirring occasionally.
- Add saffron with soaking water, cardamom, fried dry fruits.
- Cook 2 mins more. Add rose water, mix gently.
- Serve hot in bowl with remaining dry fruits on top.
