👩‍🍳 How to make Methi Paratha Thali

  1. Blanch fenugreek 2 mins, cool, chop finely.
  2. Mix flour, fenugreek, onions, green chillies, ginger, turmeric, salt.
  3. Add water to form soft dough. Rest 15 mins.
  4. Divide into 4 portions. Roll into 7-inch rounds.
  5. Tawa at 180°C. Cook 2 mins, add ghee, flip, cook 2 mins.
  6. Whisk yogurt. Add grated cucumber, cumin, salt.
  7. Garnish with coriander.
