👩‍🍳 How to make Matar Paneer

  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
  2. Add ginger, green chillies, cook 1 min.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
  4. Add coriander, cumin, red chilli, turmeric, cook 1 min.
  5. Add peas, water, salt. Bring to boil.
  6. Simmer 5 mins. Gently add paneer cubes.
  7. Simmer 5 mins at low heat. Add garam masala.
  8. Garnish with coriander.
