👩🍳 How to make Masala Oats Idli
- Mix rolled oats, rice flour, urad dal flour, salt with water into thick batter.
- Heat oil at 150°C. Add mustard seeds (crackle 10 seconds).
- Add cumin, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, cook 20 seconds.
- Add onions, carrots, sauté 1 min. Cool.
- Mix tempering into batter.
- Grease idli moulds with oil. Pour batter to 3/4 level.
- Steam in idli cooker at boiling water (100°C) for 10-12 mins.
- Check with toothpick - should come out clean.
