👩🍳 How to make Mango Kulfi
- Boil milk. Add cardamom. Simmer 10 mins at low heat (110°C) until reduced to 3/4 volume.
- Cool to 40°C.
- Add mango puree, condensed milk, cream, saffron, dry fruits, sugar.
- Mix well. Pour into kulfi moulds or small cups.
- Insert sticks in center.
- Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- Dip mould briefly in warm water, push stick to remove.
