👩‍🍳 How to make Mango Kulfi

  1. Boil milk. Add cardamom. Simmer 10 mins at low heat (110°C) until reduced to 3/4 volume.
  2. Cool to 40°C.
  3. Add mango puree, condensed milk, cream, saffron, dry fruits, sugar.
  4. Mix well. Pour into kulfi moulds or small cups.
  5. Insert sticks in center.
  6. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Dip mould briefly in warm water, push stick to remove.
