👩🍳 How to make Malpua with Kheer
- Crumble khoya. Mix with maida, condensed milk, baking powder, cardamom.
- Add enough water to make thick batter (like pancake batter).
- Heat oil to 170°C. Drop 1 tbsp batter into oil.
- Deep fry 2-3 mins until light golden all over.
- Remove with slotted spoon.
- Boil milk with condensed milk. Reduce to 3/4 volume at low heat (15-20 mins).
- Add cardamom, saffron, dry fruits.
- Cool to 60°C.
- Soak warm malpuas in warm kheer. Serve immediately.
