👩‍🍳 How to make Lentil Soup

  1. Rinse lentils. Heat oil at 150°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
  2. Add green chillies, ginger, cook 30 seconds. Add onions, sauté 2 mins.
  3. Add tomatoes, carrots, cook 3 mins. Add turmeric, red chilli.
  4. Add rinsed lentils, stock. Bring to boil at 100°C.
  5. Cover, simmer 20 mins at low heat (120°C). Lentils should dissolve partially.
  6. Add salt, lemon juice. Serve hot.
  7. Garnish with coriander.
