👩🍳 How to make Korma
- Heat oil at 160°C. Add cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom.
- Add onions, sauté 4 mins until golden.
- Add ginger, garlic, cook 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
- Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, sauté 3 mins.
- Add yogurt, almond powder, water, salt. Bring to boil.
- Cover, simmer 15 mins until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cream, garam masala. Simmer 3 mins.
- Garnish with coriander.
