👩‍🍳 How to make Korma

  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom.
  2. Add onions, sauté 4 mins until golden.
  3. Add ginger, garlic, cook 2 mins.
  4. Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
  5. Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
  6. Add vegetables, sauté 3 mins.
  7. Add yogurt, almond powder, water, salt. Bring to boil.
  8. Cover, simmer 15 mins until vegetables are tender.
  9. Stir in cream, garam masala. Simmer 3 mins.
  10. Garnish with coriander.
