👩🍳 How to make Jaggery Laddu with Sesame
- Dry roast sesame seeds at 130°C for 3-4 mins until fragrant. Cool.
- Heat ghee at 140°C. Add jaggery, cook 3 mins until melted and bubbly.
- Add roasted sesame seeds, peanuts, cardamom, salt. Mix well.
- Cool slightly (2 mins). Divide into 16 portions.
- Roll into smooth balls (oil hands lightly).
