  1. Blend spinach with small amount of milk until smooth.
  2. Add apple, banana, yogurt, remaining milk, honey, lemon, ginger.
  3. Add ice cubes. Blend for 60 seconds until smooth.
  4. Strain through fine mesh to remove any pulp (optional).
  5. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
