👩🍳 How to make Egg Fried Rice
- Beat eggs with salt. Heat 1 tbsp oil at 170°C. Scramble eggs until cooked. Remove.
- In same pot, add remaining oil, ginger, garlic, cook 30 seconds.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry 2 mins.
- Add cooled rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper. Toss for 2 mins until rice is heated.
- Add cashews, spring onions, scrambled eggs. Mix gently.
- Add sesame oil. Serve hot.
