👩‍🍳 How to make Egg Fried Rice

  1. Beat eggs with salt. Heat 1 tbsp oil at 170°C. Scramble eggs until cooked. Remove.
  2. In same pot, add remaining oil, ginger, garlic, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add vegetables, stir-fry 2 mins.
  4. Add cooled rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper. Toss for 2 mins until rice is heated.
  5. Add cashews, spring onions, scrambled eggs. Mix gently.
  6. Add sesame oil. Serve hot.
