- Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 3 mins.
- Add ginger, green chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
- Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
- Add water, salt. Bring to boil.
- Gently add egg halves. Simmer 5 mins.
- Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander.
