  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 3 mins.
  2. Add ginger, green chillies, cook 1 min.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
  4. Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
  5. Add water, salt. Bring to boil.
  6. Gently add egg halves. Simmer 5 mins.
  7. Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander.
