👩🍳 How to make Dried Fruit Barfi
- Heat ghee at 140°C. Add chopped dry fruits, sauté 3 mins.
- Add jaggery, cook 5 mins until melted and mixed.
- Add cardamom, coconut, salt. Cook 10-12 mins at low heat.
- Mixture should be thick and pull away from sides.
- Pour onto greased parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan.
- Cool completely. Cut into squares.
