👩🍳 How to make Date & Walnut Energy Bars
- Blend dates until paste forms (no water needed).
- Mix oats, walnuts, cinnamon, cardamom, salt in bowl.
- Heat ghee at 130°C. Add jaggery, heat 1 min.
- Mix heated ghee-jaggery into oat mixture.
- Add date paste, mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Press mixture into greased 8x8 inch pan.
- Bake at 180°C for 12-15 mins until set but still moist.
- Cool completely. Cut into 12 bars.
