👩‍🍳 How to make Date & Walnut Energy Bars

  1. Blend dates until paste forms (no water needed).
  2. Mix oats, walnuts, cinnamon, cardamom, salt in bowl.
  3. Heat ghee at 130°C. Add jaggery, heat 1 min.
  4. Mix heated ghee-jaggery into oat mixture.
  5. Add date paste, mix thoroughly until well combined.
  6. Press mixture into greased 8x8 inch pan.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 mins until set but still moist.
  8. Cool completely. Cut into 12 bars.
