👩🍳 How to make Cottage Cheese & Vegetable Stuffed Paratha
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee at 150°C. Add cumin, green chillies, ginger.
- Add onions, sauté 2 mins. Add carrots, cabbage, cook 3 mins until tender.
- Mix with paneer. Cool completely.
- Make dough from flour, water, salt. Rest 15 mins.
- Divide into 8 portions. Fill with paneer-vegetable mixture.
- Roll to 7-inch rounds. Tawa at 180°C.
- Cook 2 mins per side with ghee. Press lightly with cloth.
