👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Barfi

  1. Heat ghee at 140°C. Add grated coconut, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
  2. Add milk powder, cook 1 min.
  3. Add condensed milk gradually, stirring continuously.
  4. Add cardamom, dry fruits, salt. Cook 15-18 mins at low heat.
  5. Mixture should be thick and pull away from sides.
  6. Pour onto greased parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan.
  7. Cool completely. Cut into squares or diamonds.
