👩🍳 How to make Coconut Barfi
- Heat ghee at 140°C. Add grated coconut, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
- Add milk powder, cook 1 min.
- Add condensed milk gradually, stirring continuously.
- Add cardamom, dry fruits, salt. Cook 15-18 mins at low heat.
- Mixture should be thick and pull away from sides.
- Pour onto greased parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan.
- Cool completely. Cut into squares or diamonds.
