👩‍🍳 How to make Chole Kulche Lunch Special

  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 4 mins until golden.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cook 2 mins.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook 5 mins until soft.
  4. Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
  5. Add boiled chickpeas, salt, water. Simmer 15 mins.
  6. Gravy should be medium-thick.
  7. Mix maida, baking powder, salt. Add yogurt, oil, water.
  8. Knead into soft dough. Rest 1 hour.
  9. Divide into 4 portions. Roll into 6-inch rounds.
  10. Place on baking tray. Brush with oil, sprinkle nigella seeds.
  11. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 mins until puffed and light golden.
  12. Serve warm with chole.
