👩‍🍳 How to make Chikhalwali Sabzi

  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
  2. Add ginger, green chillies, cook 1 min.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
  4. Add cumin, coriander, red chilli, turmeric, cook 1 min.
  5. Add vegetables, water, salt. Bring to boil.
  6. Simmer 12-15 mins at low heat until vegetables are tender.
  7. Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander.
