👩🍳 How to make Chikhalwali Sabzi
- Heat oil at 160°C. Add onions, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
- Add ginger, green chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add tomatoes, cook 4 mins until soft.
- Add cumin, coriander, red chilli, turmeric, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, water, salt. Bring to boil.
- Simmer 12-15 mins at low heat until vegetables are tender.
- Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander.
