  1. In a large bowl, combine puffed rice, potatoes, chickpeas.
  2. Add onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, coriander.
  3. Mix tamarind paste with 1 tbsp water. Pour over.
  4. Add red chilli, cumin, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice.
  5. Toss gently but thoroughly to combine.
  6. Serve immediately. Puffed rice should remain crispy.
