- In a large bowl, combine puffed rice, potatoes, chickpeas.
- Add onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, coriander.
- Mix tamarind paste with 1 tbsp water. Pour over.
- Add red chilli, cumin, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice.
- Toss gently but thoroughly to combine.
- Serve immediately. Puffed rice should remain crispy.
