👩🍳 How to make Chickpea Flour Dosa
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric in bowl.
- Add water gradually to make smooth, thin batter (pouring consistency).
- Add onions, green chillies, ginger. Mix well. Let rest 15 mins.
- Heat dosa tawa to 200°C. Pour ¼ cup batter, spread quickly in circular motion.
- Fry 2 mins until bottom is crispy and golden. Add oil around edges.
- Fry 1-2 mins more until edges curl. Flip carefully.
- Fry 1 min on other side. Remove to plate.
