👩‍🍳 How to make Chickpea Flour Dosa

  1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric in bowl.
  2. Add water gradually to make smooth, thin batter (pouring consistency).
  3. Add onions, green chillies, ginger. Mix well. Let rest 15 mins.
  4. Heat dosa tawa to 200°C. Pour ¼ cup batter, spread quickly in circular motion.
  5. Fry 2 mins until bottom is crispy and golden. Add oil around edges.
  6. Fry 1-2 mins more until edges curl. Flip carefully.
  7. Fry 1 min on other side. Remove to plate.
