- Heat ghee at 140°C. Add roasted gram flour, cook 1 min.
- Add boiled chana dal, jaggery, cardamom, dry fruits, salt. Mix well.
- Cook 3-4 mins on low heat, stirring constantly.
- Mixture should hold together but not be wet.
- Spread on parchment paper, cool completely.
- Cut into squares.
