👩🍳 How to make Carrot Halwa
- Heat ghee at 150°C. Add dry fruits, fry 1 min. Remove.
- In same ghee, add grated carrots, sauté 8 mins until slightly soften.
- Add milk, condensed milk, cardamom, cook 15 mins at low heat (120°C), stirring occasionally.
- Add jaggery, saffron, salt, fried fruits, coconut.
- Cook 8-10 mins more until ghee is visible on top and carrots are very soft.
- Mixture should be thick and sticky.
- Serve warm.
