👩‍🍳 How to make Carrot Halwa

  1. Heat ghee at 150°C. Add dry fruits, fry 1 min. Remove.
  2. In same ghee, add grated carrots, sauté 8 mins until slightly soften.
  3. Add milk, condensed milk, cardamom, cook 15 mins at low heat (120°C), stirring occasionally.
  4. Add jaggery, saffron, salt, fried fruits, coconut.
  5. Cook 8-10 mins more until ghee is visible on top and carrots are very soft.
  6. Mixture should be thick and sticky.
  7. Serve warm.
